Try this yummy quinoa salad! I made a batch for a beach trip this weekend. A big plus is that this is very beach body friendly! Also, this recipe is gluten free (just double check your veggie broth is GF)! One of the beach goers has celiac disease, so she will be very pleased she can eat this!
